FAQsQ.What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?
A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
Q. What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A. June - Labor Day: You must cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
Labor Day - June: You must cancel 72 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in which full payment is
due at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.
Q. Do We Require A Deposit When Making A Reservation?
A. Yes. We require a one-night deposit at the time of booking.
Q. Pet Policy
A. We apologize but the Nantasket Beach Resort does not allow pets.
Q. Do You Offer High-Speed Internet Access?
A. We offer high speed internet throughout the entire hotel. This is included in the amenity fee.
Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?
A. Yes. We offer ADA compliant guest rooms. Please contact our Reservations Team.
Q. What Types Of Water Views Are Available?
A. We have ocean front, partial ocean view and rooms with no views. Please call our Reservations Team at 888-741-4175 to assist
in finding the perfect room type to meet your travel needs.
Q. Are There Coffee Makers, Microwaves, and Mini Refrigerators In The Rooms?

A. The hotel has 3 floors and has elevators.
Q. What Are The Hours Of The Fitness Center?
A. 24 hours. Included in the amenity fee.
Q. What Are The Hours Of The Business Center?
A. 24 hours.
Q. What Are The Hours Of The Pool / Hot Tub?
A. Indoor Pool/Hot Tub : Daily: 7am - 10pm.

A. We have six (6) rollaways for a fee of $20 per day. We do have some pack-n-play and cribs available at no cost.

Q. Parking At The Hotel?
A. $15 per day and is part of the amenity fee.
Q. Is There On-Site Dining Available?
A. Yes, there is an on-site restaurant. Shoreline Kitchen + Bar, opening late July, will serve lunch, dinner and a late night menu. Crave, open seasonally, offers Acai bowls, smoothies and more.
