It has been less than 24 hours since booking your original reservation on the Nantasket Beach Resort web site, and it was not booked within 48 hours of arrival. The rate must be available to the general public. Qualified discount rates, such as AAA, AARP, group, corporate or wholesaler rates do not qualify. The guarantee does not apply to web sites where the specific hotel and location are not known until the booking is made, such as Priceline.com, Hotwire.com, etc. The rate is for the same arrival date, length of stay, room type, and number of guests.

Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If a reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy, the one night's room and tax deposit with be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a Cancellation charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes or a No Show charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes, please adhere to the following cancellation requirements:

May 1 - June 20 and September 1-October 31: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.

June 21 - August 31: Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.

November 1 - April 30: Reservations must be cancelled by 6pm day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
